Auction Terms Summary
By placing a bid or completing a purchase through Pay Way Less Liquidation, you are accepting and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- "As-Is" Policy: All items are sold as is, where is, and untested. All sales are final unless they fall under our specific 7-day return criteria.
- Imagery: Stock photos may be used for illustration purposes. Items may be unassembled and require assembly by the buyer.
- Payments: Your credit card on file will be charged automatically following the completion of the auction. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your formal emailed invoice.
- E-Transfers: If a payment declines, e-transfers must be sent to allcanadianservices@gmail.com. You must include your invoice number in the payment comments.
- Ownership: We reserve the right to cancel bids or auctions at our discretion.
Pick up and Shipping
Auction Schedule: The auction closes at 7:00 PM every Tuesday.
Pickup Location: 1166 Gorham St, Unit #6, Newmarket, ON.
Hours of Operation:
Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM
IMPORTANT PICKUP RULES:
All items MUST be picked up by the following Tuesday. NO PICKUP = NO REFUND. Unclaimed items will be forfeited and may be re-listed without further notice.
Shipping Services: We do not provide in-house shipping. Customers are responsible for arranging their own shipping through our third-party partner:

Our Return Policy
We value our customers, but please remember this is an auction, not a retail store.
Buyers have 7 days from the date of pickup to report any issues to info@paywayless.ca.
Returns Will Only Be Considered If:
- The item is broken or non-functional.
- The item was significantly misrepresented in the description (wrong size, wrong model).
Returns Will NOT Be Accepted For:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
- Items missing small hardware like screws, bolts, or minor accessories.
- Items not picked up within the required Tuesday deadline.
